Kiriko Arai is a Japanese illustrator and toy artist that came to prominence illustrating several Pokemon cards. Her popularity has been increasing in Japan where often times there are long lines to purchase her exclusive goods. This is her first exhibition in the UNited States and we’re honored to host it at Q POP. Her personal works include quirky, whimsical characters, often animals or animal-like creatures, in forest or outdoor settings.
